Section 5 - API License

FairOdd provides License to use the Sports Betting API feeds for 1 domain and mobile app per package unless otherwise specified.

FairOdd hereby grants Licensee, solely during the Term of this Agreement and subject to the terms and conditions hereof, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, limited right and license to use the API on the Licensee Site for use by Licensee Site end users. Licensee shall use the API solely as expressly authorized, and shall make no other use of the API.

Section 6 - Proprietary Interest

Licensee acknowledges that FairOdd owns all copyrights and other proprietary rights in and to the API, as well as in and to any and all data or information made available via the API. Licensee shall not, by virtue of this Agreement or otherwise, obtain any copyright or other proprietary right or interest in or to any of the foregoing.

Section 7 - Products or Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

Section 8 - Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made.

Section 11 - Termination

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement:

• All rights granted by FairOdd under this Agreement shall immediately terminate
• Licensee shall immediately remove the API access from the Licensee Site, and shall cease any and all use of the API
• Licensee shall return to FairOdd any software or other materials provided by FairOdd under this Agreement

Section 12 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
